One of the largest co-generation power plants in Qatar initiated a cloud modernization program to migrate its SAP landscape from a legacy on-premises data center to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The objective was to establish a secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade Google Cloud Landing Zone capable of hosting SAP S/4HANA environments, including Development (DEV), Quality Assurance (QA), and Production (PRD), along with Solution Manager, SAP BMS, SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO), and SAP Web Dispatcher. The project focused on enabling secure hybrid connectivity, strengthening cloud security, improving scalability, and reducing infrastructure costs while providing a resilient foundation for future business growth.
