A Reputed Telecommunications Provider initiated a Network Operations Center (NOC) modernization program to enhance network reliability, improve service quality, and strengthen operational efficiency. As the organization’s network infrastructure continued to expand, the existing NOC environment struggled to provide the visibility and automation required to manage complex network operations effectively. The project focused on upgrading the NOC with advanced monitoring solutions, automated network management capabilities, and centralized operational dashboards to enable proactive monitoring, faster fault resolution, and improved service delivery.
