Job Description
- Perform valuation and appraisal services for commercial and residential real estate properties for the US markets.
- Perform research using industry acknowledged databases and tools used across US/Europe markets.
- Track and monitor real estate market performance on an ongoing basis.
- Assist the programming team in testing real estate products developed in-house.
- Tracking and reporting work status to Team manager on a regular basis (daily / weekly).
- Train and mentor junior staff members (applicable for Senior Analyst).
- Review work performed by junior staff members before delivered to the team manager (applicable for Senior Analyst).
- Talk to the Clients on a regular basis to provide status updates / discuss issues.
