During last 20 plus years of experience, had an opportunity to lead several end-to-end implementations and was very successful in building businesses. Raju specializes in Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) model with off-shoring processes, developing teams and creating best practices. He has an extensive experience in setting up processes from scratch, creating process manuals, designing production measurement metrics, issue logs and go-live checklists.

On commercial Real estate front, conducted a wide range of analysis and due diligence on loan portfolios and real estate assets for various clients such as investors, lenders and transaction intermediaries. He has handled comprehensive loan and property due diligence/underwriting services, including financial, accounting, property and third party due diligence. Also, conducted valuation of some of the high value trophy properties using different methods of valuations including discounted cash flow, sales comparison and cost approaches. Prepared Asset Summaries and a comprehensive property report for the investors to make buy/hold/sell decisions.

Raju holds a Master’s degree in finance & accounting and had pursued his career at Deloitte, Accenture and Deutsche Bank before joining Parki.

Raju Amarlapudi has over 15 years of experience in the US commercial and Residential Real estate services. His experience in various aspects of commercial real estate includes loan origination, default services , foreclosures. valuations, fair value reviews, due diligence, lease audits, lease validations, leasehold valuation. Raju has set up commercial and residential valuations team and headed the valuation operations for Spring House AMC. Raju is USPAP trained and was also managing the Appraiser performance by conducting the USPAP reviews for the appraiser net work.

Raju has extensive experience in managing large teams at organizations like Bank of America, Berkadia , Spring House AMC and successfully delivered services across various real estate classes

Madhu Chandran serves as the Deputy General Manager at Park Intelli Solutions, overseeing the Appraisal team. With over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, Madhu Chandran has excelled in various aspects, including Business Development, Consultation, Construction, Architectural Modeling, and specialization in Domestic and International Residential Valuation.

His expertise extends to Conventional, Purchase, FHA and VA property valuation, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines, Different methods of valuations, Property Tax Litigation Appraisals, Hybrid Appraisals, Broker Price Opinion, and Investment property valuation.

Madhu Chandran possesses extensive proficiency in utilizing industry-recognized valuation software such as Total, AppraiseIt, and ACI.

Mrs. Shabintaj has about 12 years of expertise in the US Commercial Real Estate services. She has also assisted the clients in their Litigation, and Foreclosure support where required.

Her extensive experience extends to overseeing process improvement initiatives, showcasing her in-depth knowledge in this area. Mrs. Shabintaj has also successfully led teams in delivering services across various real estate asset classes, ranging from Multifamily, Retail, Office Spaces, Industrial, Warehouse, to Single Family Residences within the US market.

Vinodhini Sridharan leads the commercial appraisal team and sketching process at Parki. With over 8 years of experience in real estate consulting, tax litigation, lease administration services she excels in her domain. Vinodhini handles a large team of professionals providing support on real estate domain to US clients and is a key contributor to Parki’s appraisal team set up.

She was earlier a part of Deloitte, where she gained experience in financial advisory pertaining to real estate valuation for fair market value, estate valuation, lease hold analysis, audit reviews. She led the team on lease administration services for accounting and abstraction assignments. This provided exposure to tools such as CoStar/CoStar Real Estate Manager, Lease Controller, Apex Sketch, Commercial Assessment Report System, REIS. Vinodhini also gained experience in construction sites on quality assurance and quality control of a residential project as a trainee.

Dais Davis

Dais Davis has about 9 years of experience with US Mortgage with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to Origination and Default Valuations services, Property Valuation, Vendor management, Compliance, Third party risk management, Client relationship. He has also assisted in onboarding of Clients in a cohesive manner to ensure success and growth.

His extensive experience extends to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and assessments to mitigate operational risks. He has also collaborated with cross-functional team, Including IT, Compliance, and risk management to implement and manage operational projects and initiatives. He always actively stayed updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide strategic insights to leadership. Dais Davis has also successfully led teams in timely completions of valuation reports, quality control measures, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced errors. He has also collaborated closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies that improved operational efficiency and increased overall productivity.

Mehak brings over 12 years of extensive experience as a Real Estate Valuation professional, showcasing proficiency in Real Estate Valuation, DCF Modelling, Lease Analysis, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Risk Management, and Financial Modelling.

Her expertise in real estate valuation spans a wide range, demonstrating excellence in conducting thorough valuations and appraisals for diverse commercial real estate properties, including retail, office, industrial, apartments, hospitality, vacant land, and special-use properties. She is well-versed in employing various valuation methods, including discounted cash flow, sales comparison, and cost approaches.In addition to her primary appraisal responsibilities, Mehak specializes in third-party appraisal reviews and debt valuation, adding depth to her skill set.

Mehak is adept at utilizing various valuation tools and research databases, such as ARGUS Enterprise, CARS, CoStar, RCA, REIS, LoopNet, CREXI, VBA & SQL, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

On the academic front, she is a CFA Level II Candidate and CA Intermediate. Mehak holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance & accounting and has pursued her second master’s degree in financial risk management in the United States.
