Job Description
We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients’ feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Identify and Prospect New Clients
- Research and identify potential clients and markets for our products/services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking to establish initial contact.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Sales Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in negotiations and close sales deals
Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth
Reporting and Target Achievement
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
