Quality Assurance
Conduct quality reviews of appraisal reports to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Client Interaction
Collaborate with clients to understand their appraisal requirements, address inquiries, and provide strategic insights.
Market Analysis
Stay informed about local and national real estate market trends, providing valuable insights to support accurate property valuations.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the appraisal team.
Vendor Management
Coordinate with external appraisal vendors and ensure their adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Training and Development
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the appraisal team.

Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial real estate appraisal, with at least 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Appraisal designation (e.g., MAI) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
